Rachael is a passionate and dedicated Registered Nutritionist with a Distinction in Nutrition Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is committed to helping people take control of their health and wellbeing through education, guidance, and practical support. By empowering individuals to make sustainable, informed choices, Rachael helps her clients achieve real and lasting results. She approaches every client with 100% commitment and care, ensuring they feel supported at every stage of their journey. For Rachael, these are exciting times—both in the field of nutrition and in the transformative changes she helps her clients achieve.

KATE MICHAELS . CHEF

Kate Michaels is a professionally trained chef with over 5 years experience in Michelin starred kitchens. She gained a Cordon Bleu diploma in Professional Culinary Arts at Tante Marie Culinary Academy, before heading off to Artichoke, Amersham and Nathan Outlaw’s restaurants, Port Isaac, respectively. Using fresh, local and seasonal produce is at the forefront of everything she does, allowing for the most flavoursome dishes to be created.
