Kate Michaels is a professionally trained chef with over 5 years experience in Michelin starred kitchens. She gained a Cordon Bleu diploma in Professional Culinary Arts at Tante Marie Culinary Academy, before heading off to Artichoke, Amersham and Nathan Outlaw’s restaurants, Port Isaac, respectively.
Using fresh, local and seasonal produce is at the forefront of everything she does, allowing for the most flavoursome dishes to be created.

COOK ALONG EVENTS
This is where you will have a day with us creating 3 wonderful healthy meals that you will take home for your family. The ingredients will be provided and you’ll be following us step by step and learning the nutrition involved and who it will particularly benefit. Perfect if you can’t cook or need some motivation and inspiration for some new healthy recipes. You’ll be provided with the recipe handouts so you can recreate them again and again.
PRIVATE CHEF DEMOS
Sit back and relax and watch the chef create three healthy meals right in front of your eyes. You’ll be able to sample each meal as they are ready and take away recipe cards and list of ingredients with alternative suggestions so you can create these same meals for your family.
