Rachael
After the pandemic, I made the decision to completely change direction and dedicate my career to health and wellbeing.
I spent three years studying Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, qualifying as a registered Nutritional Therapist.
Since then, I’ve worked with clients across a wide range of health concerns, helping them move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to confident and in control of their health.
My Approach
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
Instead, I take a root-cause, personalised approach, looking at nutrition, lifestyle, environment, and mindset to create a plan that works in real life.

Gary is a Life Coach and Health Strategist specialising in leadership, resilience, and performance.
With a background in elite sport and business leadership, Gary helps clients build clarity, improve focus, and create lasting behavioural change.
Together, we combine nutrition and mindset for long-term health.
